Create a way to use Nas servers. #3246

The user should have a way to add new Nas servers. After all the information needed is added the server should show up below the standard documents and files.

With "use NAS servers" without specifying the protocol to use I'd expect you want to use information provided by NAS server on the available protocols.

mDNS/Bonjour service discovery, WSDD (#2622) things I can think of.
