FAB visibility glitch #4130

Describe the bug If you enter a path without FAB, then click history to enter a path that FAB should display. Result: FAB not display

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Download, we can see that FAB diaplays, correct
  2. Go to Recent files
  3. Click more option
  4. Click History
  5. Click a path that FAB should display, e.g., Download
  6. see the error

Expected behavior FAB should display Screenshots FAB not display Smartphone (please complete the following information):
