Volume control on earpiece does nothing during call #13

Volume level remains the same regardless of volume level set by the user. For some of us, it's too low.

This problem gets solved by using infernix's jaguar audio-caf setup, which at the moment has the unfortunate side effect of breaking bt a2dp.

This is fixed in latest nightlies.
