Fixed trap frequency and updated unit tests #85

I changed the example dipole trap just to test that the trap frequency was correct.

Thanks for the PR! I'll perform a code review of this asap. I note that your .DS_Store file has been added to your commits - could you delete that one and add **/.ds_store to the gitignore? I probably should have added it before, but I develop only on windows/linux.
