Improve readiness checks #204

The readiness checks need a thorough review. Alignment between some of the questions and the objectives could be improved. For example, on questions about solving a system of equations, students often plug the multiple choice options in and check, instead of solving the system (which is the objective).

In LE-ready it's too easy to generate e.g. x+y=6 and y=2.
