AT-warmups #385

Here are my suggestions for warmup and cooldowns for AT, further addressing TeamBasedInquiryLearning/library#28.

Each separate commit is a different section; please let me know if this workflow is okay, if there are modifications you'd like me to make.

Sorry I dropped the ball on these PRs - I've merged or left feedback on the others, and will review this now.

I think the chapter level makes sense.
