Task 1 Demonstrate and explain how to expand the following logarithms. Be sure to explicitly denote which properties of logarithms you are using in your work. Similar to Activity 5.5.8 (parts b, c, or d).

Task 2 Demonstrate and explain how to condense the following logarithms. Be sure to explicitly denote which properties of logarithms you are using in your work. Similar to Activity 5.5.9.

I like those two activities. I think maybe two of each, so you can have one easier one and one medium/hard one.

The proofs seem more like an activity for the book (flexible extension?!) than a CheckIt. Seem at a higher level than the objective. And I'm not sure how we would generate those.
