Add number lines to answers #448

Partially addresses TeamBasedInquiryLearning/precalculus#192 and TeamBasedInquiryLearning/library#163. See the latter for where @kathypinzon identified <answer>s that needed number lines, so I went ahead and added them in via sageplots.

Looks good Activity 1.4.10 part (b) could be centered a little better - maybe go from -5 to 15.
