Following discord sites are flagged as invites but they are not invite urls

message links example: https://discord.com/channels/742094927403679816/742095521962786858/877632488023945246 (ptb and canary links are not flagged tho)
all normal discord sites, example: https://i.imgur.com/xuX44aN.png

couple of ideas throwing them here

we can fix the regex
try to fetch the invite and if error ignore etc
change the invite automod to take a guild snowflake and match that instead of a invite code

(?:https?:\/\/)?(?:www\.)?discord(?:\.gg\/|\.me\/|(?:app)?)?(.com\/invite\/)?([A-z0-9-_]{1,25}) looks to be decent enough
