Fix documentation formatting for --retain-core-mass-during-caseA-mass-transfer #816

'--retain-core-mass-during-caseA-mass-transfer', included in COMPAS v02.31.00, documented here https://compas.readthedocs.io/en/latest/pages/User%20guide/Program%20options/program-options-list-defaults.html#options-props-r the documentation for the option is badly formatted - looks like a stray html link starting with '**'. Edit: actually, I think you need a matching double-asterisk at the end of the heading (so it shows as bold) (edited)
