Spiked gloves regaining durability

• [X ] I read through the FAQ and I could not find something helpful (FAQ)
• [ X] I reproduced the bug without any other mod's except forge, cqr and it's dependencies
• [ ] The game crashes because of this bug

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. Using spiked gloves used durability until you move them to a different slot then the durability repairs. To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to ... Creative menu or JEI and grab spiked gloves
2. Use item ... Use spiked gloves in main hand and offhand on a wall, moving them to a different slot while durability is down will set it to full durability
3. Place block ...
4. ...
