On a search results page with no results (no author), suggest to the user to add that author #315

The process of adding a new author sometimes requires 3 steps:

  1. search the author in the search box
  2. (automatically) navigate to the search results page (where there are no results)
  3. navigate to the home page, where the button for 'Add new author' is placed.

This process could be shorter.
