Nice to have: special tags that are visible only to contributors

After I wrote dozens of statements and submitted dozens of answers on dignitas.ro, I realised that some statements/answers might work as a model on how to prove certain types of statements. It would be nice to be able to add certain tags on certain statements, like 'model for public education system status'. These tags would guide the new contributors when they are looking for ways to prove a certain type of statement.

Optionally, this feature can also be achieved using the already existing tags system, but the 'guiding tag' text might be too verbose sometimes and it wouldn't add any information value for non-contributors (eg. simple readers), making the UI more cluttered.
