Look into adding Ritual Tinker Support for all rituals #75

Was unavailable in the api originally, might be available now, will have to check into it

Ritual of peace for sure doesnt have a range set in its class so the tinkerer doesnt work, also some rituals like culling output incorrect information when using the tinkerer (although it does correctly set)

Need to just review all rituals
