Elemental mastery is not working

Elemental mastery not working , spellbatching not working , cant use chain lighting and shock to double crit. Earthbind totem should still detect rogue until 1.8 patch Clearcasting was very nice and it was the best contribution you could make , its retarded to remove it but do what you want , shaman cannot play without elemental mastery its the priority , 1 week that's not working since a dev modified something thanks you ,Nigma Experienced Shaman

After casting lightning bolt, then casting elementary mastery. it will consume elemental mastery if bolt hasn't hit target. Same with Elemental focus. Lightning bolt procs elemental focus, same lightning bolt will consume it.

You played too much of Blizzard Classic, kiddo. That's how elemental mastery is supposed to work and how it always worked on non retarded broken servers. Blizzard literally broke it with batching so it was critting 2 spells instead of 1 and never bothered to fix it. Neither actual 2006 vanilla or any private server had this braindead bug.

But i get that you are mad downie, now that you can't one shot ppl with your braindead 50 IQ spec anymore and have to play something that actually takes more effort and skill :DD

Yeah, that one is definitely a bug.

Here is literally what EM tooltip says: "When activated, this spell gives your next Fire, Frost, or Nature damage SPELL a 100% critical strike chance and reduces the mana cost by 100%."

I have no idea how ppl didn't bother to mass report this on classic when shamans were doing 4k dmg nukes for 2 years straight and it was obvious to everybody that it's a broken mechanic. Now these clowns come here and cry at the spell that is actually working as intended, because their class is suddenly not as OP anymore and actually takes effort to kill anything instead of pressing 1 button every 3 minutes.

There's a lot of salt and misinformation on this thread.

Here are the facts:

• In every single WoW Vanilla / Classic server (private server or otherwise), you have been able to "batch" chain lightning and earth shock to get a double crit with the Elemental Mastery spell.
• This was also possible on Everlook since launch.
• On or around the 12th Feb 2023, we Shamans found ourselves unable to do this anymore.
• We are still able to double crit with Elemental Mastery --> Lightning Bolt --> Earth Shock, but for some reason no longer able to do the same with Chain Lightning instead of Lightning Bolt.
• This is a core part of Shaman gameplay on any server including this one, and the loss of ability to do so is absolutely gutting to the identity of our class/spec.

I would hope that developers can take this issue seriously despite the unprofessional and rude people in this thread.
