Stormpike Aid Station doesn't resurrect #210

Describe the bug For Horde, if you run to the Stormpike Aid Station as a ghost (having died far away), you don't get resurrected. The countdown window doesn't show up at all.

The recurrection animation happens, you just stay dead.

Actually, what happened is that if you release before a graveyard is captured, you can't resurrect at that graveyard, both at Stormpike Aid Station and Stormpike Graveyard.

It seems as if when the Horde Spirit Guide gets "activated", it begins creating a list of people who die, ignoring those that are already dead.
