Describe the bug 1.12 client Activating 'Nifty Stopwatch' trinket puts 'Heart of Noxxion' on cd.

Expected behavior I dont see why these two trinkets should be connected

Hi Bugfeatures,

I tested this and it does indeed share cool-down, I can't find any additional information regarding if these should share or not. If you have any additional source that you can point towards. For example other private servers / classic or something else it would be appreciated. I will try to gather some information how this works on other servers.
