Describe the bug: This NPC is missing and you cannot deliver the quest: [Lord Maxwell Tyrosus] That which leads to end quest: [The Argent Hold]

To Reproduce: Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to: https://classicdb.ch/?quest=5265
  2. Click on: comments and sort by date
  3. Scroll down to: the comment: By Anonymous on 03/05/2005 (Patch 1.2.0) Quest reward is one of these Argent Avenger Argent Crusader Argent Defender

Expected behavior: Clearly comments above from patch 1.2 states that this NPC & Quest should be in the game and possible to complete.

Screenshots: From Starfall realm, you have the quest, but NPC nowhere to be found to complete it. NOWHERETOBEFOUND
