Describe the bug The -25 in-game mana equip effect doesn't work at all.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Equip the item.
  2. No changes in tooltip or effect.

Expected behavior Mana reduction when the item is equipped in tooltip & effect when casting the spell.

This item does not grant mana reduction, it only did in patch 1.2, but now we are in patch 1.3, where it gives +11 spellpower.

Delete your cache folder while the client is closed to update your item tooltips.
