Creating db.yml #35

Not really an issue with this tool. Anyway, here is my question. How do you create the db.yml to work with vitadecompiler?

Currently, either taken from vitasdk or generated from a PS Vita .ELF using nids-extract or an equivalent tool. There will someday be a tool to generate a NIDs database from the HENkaku wiki.
