Hi, This PR adds Travis CI builds master + PRs to the repository. It allows Travis to build your code and uplaod the releases to github with a simple git tag v3.x git push --tags

Example: Release created by Travis in my repo: https://github.com/gnuton/PSVita-StorageMgr/releases

Builds of master, PRs and history are visible in travis-ci https://travis-ci.org/gnuton/PSVita-StorageMgr
