Add FWs 3.74 support #84

@CelesteBlue-dev This has been tested and is known to be working on a PSV 1000 running Hencore² 3.74.

I am unable to test other PS Vita variants unfortunately, so happy to leave this here until others can confirm.

@calum904 Any chance I can get a build of this version? I've been trying to clone the repo and build it myself for testing but for the life of me I haven't been able to get the Vita SDK to work. Thanks for the effort nonetheless, I've been pulling my hair out getting my SD2Vita work otherwise only to find that 3.74 is a tad too far :P
