Make it easier to configure the bot #3

I want to be able to configure certain values or behavior of the bot without needing to touch code. For that we need:

A configuration file (I prefer YAML as a format, but am open to other formats)
An update mechanism to add, change or remove entries

Initial must-have configuration values:

ADB port
Traits to purchase

Initial optional configuration values:

Logging level
Timeouts and sleep lengths
