can WhoCallsTheFleet support multi language display for client version? #54

I find that in the folders locales have lot of file with .pak, it looks like can do for localization, does it work and how to use, and thanks for develop this good App

That locales folder is nw.js base files not for app for using. Currently I plan to re-write the whole code with new technology like React, which is more easily for localization. But you know, as a personal project, there's no promised timeline for this.
