Add a votable handicap option so you and\or your opponents can see item timers.
JOHE#9249 | My suggestion: I love dueling and the competitive atmosphere the game mode has. The one thing that kills it for me, and i believe for many others, is the trying to time the items in your head. It is not fun, adds a lot of stress and does not add anything to gameplay itself. I would suggest that when you are the one that picks a major item it would be automaticly timed for you like in spectator mode. the one that did not pick the item would still need to get to control. This way Duel's would be a bit more balanced between elite and casual players. Also i do not know why no one have made it like this in the past arena shooters. This would not ruin the skill ceiling this game has because theres alot to improve aim and movement wise. Games today make everything easy and fun. Lets take example of regenerating health on some FPS games this made game's simplier, less stress and same time more fun. What do you guys think? I will also make a reddit post if you want to comment it there.

Deleted User#0000 | @JOHE reflex had two game modes, casual and competitive. in casual the timers were visible, in competitive notBut if you like dueling and not armors etc, then maybe the right gametype for you is not duel, but duel arena
