Fix console button in main menu #285

The console icon does not open the console when you click on it. This PR fixes this

If you can't recreate it just change your resolution and\or go into window mode. On ubuntu at 1366x768 fullscreen I have to repeatedly reposition my mouse over "Start Game" until it works.

yeah i get this at 1360x768 on windows, only works at the top of the button. i can try see what's causing that
