Simply put: this would allow Underground Biomes to put its ores onto Galacticraft worlds by registering Galacticraft stones as UBC compatible stones. And just as with Underground Biomes on Earth, UBC ores on Galacticraft worlds would use said world's stone as the background with the UBC overlay as the ore texture.
