[WebUI] Support toggling eye gaze button state #315

When gaze buttons are paused, show status message under the input bar
Update README.md to document the new cefsharp interface method: toggleGazeButtonsState()
Add info about the Ctrl + p toggle combo key to the help component

Fixes #309.
