Icon Meanings

Play/Pause from cursor

Play from start of paragraph

Eye Gaze enabled Volume control / output device selection (e.g. don't need to use Windows built in functionality)

Eye Gaze Enabled Scroll (e.g. larger hit targets, does not need to invoke eye gaze scroll experience)

Context indicator (auto detected or manual select)

Settings

Invoke editing experience for sentence at current cursor

Search through pre-prepared text

It's been too long, I no longer remember what these meant :-)

I think they meant play from beginning of document and change TTS settings.

Long dwell on a paragraph would pop up 'speak this' / 'edit this' adorners
