Context (if applicable): Density matrix backend

Description of the change:

Modified the implementation of the 2-qubit depolarising channel. Old version was just the tensor product channel of two single-qubit depolarising channels. The code and the tests are modified accordingly. Old analytical results for the tests left as comments just in case.
Added methods to create all tensor Pauli operators and generate random Pauli channels
Other minor updates.
