Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. My GroupMe isn't encrypted

Describe the solution you'd like Unobtrusive drop-in encryption for GroupMe ala the existing Hermes backend. Have the option to create encrypted groups (prepend group names with 'HERMES_'). All messages sent in the group will be encrypted with a symmetric group key. DMs are handled like normal.

Intercepts are done, need API endpoints to test and finish crypto.
