Project progress #6

I hope you guys had a good week off. I just wanted to post a note to see where we are at. I know we are quickly approaching our due date. Robbie, is there any specific content that you want me to try to come up with?

I think the website looks amazing. The only critique I would have is the color of the text on the Cisco webex page and the main page. The yellow is hard to see. The orange circle on the main page end with a .is. Need to fix that. Once you change the color of the Cisco stuff i'll read over it but i can barely see it right now. But again I think the work youve done. I'll also start drafting up the final report and post it on the google docs site. it will be pretty simple but i dont think hes looking for complex.

I think Jacob hit the nail on the head. It looks great. I'll start working on the draft report and get it uploaded to google docs as soon as I can. Thanks for all the hard work you guys put in. For the position titles, I'll put something like Rob: Team Lead/QA Jacob: Research Robbie: Website Designer

I have uploaded the draft report to our google drive. Please take a look and make any changes you feel are needed. The only glaring thing I could see, is that Robbie needs to publish the site and include the link to the site in the document. I tried to write it in the 3rd person and give everyone credit for the hard work we did.

Also, I didn't use any illustrations. I don't have that many creative bones in my body. I don't know if we want to snapshot the site, our google drives, github etc. I am having a hard time doing it from work, as our internet is terrible and a lot of stuff is locked down to us. So if you would like to add graphics, charts, snapshots etc. please do.

I've uploaded 13 screen shot to Google Doc. Plz add to the report if needed.

I'm not sure that we need to add screenshots to the report because our professor has access to view both our Github and Google Sites page. I would think the site should be sufficient for illustrations.

In the directions for the report it mentions using pictures and what not. i enabled editing for both of you, so if you want to add anything, change anything go ahead. i'll submit the report on the 6th

I see a place on Blackboard under the "group project" folder to submit the concept plan but nothing else. Were we each supposed to submit our own copy of it?

i emailed the instructor. he hasnt answered back. if he doesnt answer back ill send him the final report via email, and i can cc you guys on it.

While the deadline for the final projects is approaching, I was asked how to submit the final project.

I created a link under the Final project learning module for you.

Please submit a link to your website there.

By default I would assume that I would look into your project submission, concept plans, google documents and git hub account to determine participation and roles of the each of you.

If you would like to provide any additional materials to help me to understand roles of the participants, feel free to do it in your final project submissions.

Jacob can you make sure that Dr. Gimon has access to our github and google sites spaces. That way if he wants to take a look in there at our particiaption he can.
