One cannot attack or charge (in Pedestal) with a new Heartstriker
Install Vampirism, Vampirism Integrations, Better Combat and Dependencies（player-animation-lib, cloth-config and Guide-API).
Become a vampire and get a new heartstriker(normal/enhanced).
Find that you cannot attack with it.
I think the cause is that:
The attack speed of normal/enhanced Heartstriker without training is -0.1/0, which means the weapon's cool down is never end. While better combat does not allow weapons to attack before thier cooldown ends. This makes a new Heartstriker unable to use or get trained.
