[Feature] Silver weapons use a item tag instead of just the coded in items, allowing for more customization #56

If a tag was used instead of just the silver items added by the mod, pack developers could add other mod's silver or even custom materials to affect werewolves. Currently, silver tools from other mods do not have an extra affect on werewolves
