This basically gives you a second hunger bar (Upper bar), this would work in the next way, the second bar would work the same as normal hunger bar, theres normal food value and saturation, even tough the whole upper bar food value would act as saturation, (in case you don't know how it works: when hurted the saturation would drain fast while you get healed and it also drains a bit if you do stuff like running while the food value only drains on the latter, if the saturation has been already drained)
The place of the skill in the skill tree could either replace partial turn while the latter one gets unlocked the moment that you transform into a werewolve, or the opposite where voracity gets unlocked the moment that you become a werewolve.
