Rival Naming Scheme #20

Describe the bug

The Rival's name here is Cedric when it is Barry in game and in the trainer documentation. Also the naming scheme with the rival's starter goes by which starter the player has whereas the docs go by which starter the rival has.

This will need to be changed in the Gamedata Repo as that is where this info is generated.

Ignoring the Starter rename until new ev_scripts are supported. Cedric Rename was added.
