This will be performed on the Luminescent Team Dev fork after the canvas-highlight-performance-fix branch has been merged.

Make a new design for the Time of Day toggle that uses a dial instead of just buttons to indicate the time of day. Here is a source that I've found that may lead us to get something that we'd like. We are trying to emulate the look of this dial from the pokedex habitat page.
