Highlighting Issues

Bugs to fix:

1. If you have a location already selected and you pick a pokemon that has a location that coincides with that selection, when you click off of that location to another location, the first selected location will not have the pokemon highlight.
2. If you select a location that isn't highlighted with a pokemon highlight, then select one that is, it will overwrite the pokemon highlight with the base png of the previous selected route. (If you can replicate this pleae tell me the method)
3. If you don't interact with the mapper and go immediately to the Search Pokemon Location, the encounter highlight will break
4. When you select a pokemon in the pokemon selector it highlights the areas. But when you go to change the color of the highlights, I currently have it so the highlights will all be deleted and won't come back until you select off of the current pokemon. I wasn't able to fix this like I wanted to -_-

2, 3, and 4 are fixed with #114. 1 is still present so this will not be closed.
