Adds the functionality where urls use unique form names as redirects and core urls following the {monsNo}_{formNo} form. The Evolution functions from the utils/dex have been added into the plugin/dex with a few extra features attached. Changes the POKEMON_NAME_MAP to have unique names for each pokemon.
