Implements:

i18n Translation Support
Lazy-loaded Routing Module
Config class to access if the app is web or native inside the component
Example modules of a root module, lazy-loaded module and a feature module
Basic livesync command for {N} npm run livesync
Tests
Vetted project structure with production app

Fixes:

Symlink assets directory
Closes #5 - modules not transpiling correctly
npm run start command for associated proxy.conf.js
Removes maesto prefixes, making this an open-source seed
