Browsers activates popup blocker when trying to "Add a guidance Item" #304

That is the side effect of the fix for the other issue (raised by serge) which was to open the new articles in a new window (and not in a IFrame)

The prob is caused by the way browsers interpret the window open command

We should discuss this, as I am not sure it is a nice user experience. Anything else we can do to have the best of both worlds?

I updated the issue to include other browsers, as the problem happens on safari and sporadically on chrome.
