As a user I should be able to discuss an article (WAS:Article Discussions) #87

Feature request from Danny at AON. This could be done similarly to how wikipedia does it. Allow a discussion page, per article in a tab behind the article content itself.

I think this should be provided by an external (ala mashup) service

Anybody knows a good one?

I wonder if it would be better to have this in the TM interface or if we should do it in a linked github issue...

We might be able to consume GitHub issues using JavaScript/CSS

Another option is to add something like DiscUs (http://disqus.com/)

I think we should have this as core TM functionality, maybe more like a forum link on an article? A better way would be to be able to highlight a part of the article and then link it to a discussion.
