As a user I should be able to consume TM content in a readable format regardless of the resolution of my device, such that I can adjust the size of content, text and background color. #930
AC1. Size of content includes text and video. It can be adjusted ether on the browser side or inside the UI. Whichever makes more sense technically.
AC2. Screen resolution should not be a factor in readability of content. HiDPI screens, large screens, small screen should all display content in a form that is easy to read.
