AS1. The filters should be at initially based on the metadata available in articles today, mimicking the current filter structure.
AS2. Each filter selection must augment the query (creating a new query) used in the original selection of articles (see #233) and fetch the result
AS3. Righthandside filters should be ANDed or ORed together based on a pre-defined structure.
