Upgrade npm references on all TM submodules #1123

At this time, there are several npm packages that we are using and they have security vulnerabilities. The recommendation is to upgrade those. Also jade was renamed to pug, so it is better to do the change and make sure that updates are available.

For the record, by running npm outdated you get nice results

At this time no outdated packages, except for in TM_Gulp (tracked here #1124) , have security vulns. Downgrading the priority and letting it be for now.
