Missing glypicons from Flare #141

Guessing we've deleted a file by mistake, none of the icons are showing up now.

@luchia Where were they originally? there were not on your latest 4.0_Flare branch https://github.com/TeamMentor/TM_4_0_Design/tree/4.0_Flare/deploy/fonts
