Which is a much more robust way to handle the https://github.com/TeamMentor/TM_4_0_Design/pull/652 scenario (where we are just logging an error based on the side effects of TM Design not being able to connect to GraphDB

Yea its a good thing to have, In this case we should display a "sorry" page for anyone that hits TM.
