I found this cool way of capturing user feedback tied contextually to the topic: image

This has the potential to allow us to get feedback right where the user is looking at something: maybe we need to clarify a topic or fix something that's broken.

Medium has some cool ideas and they have a cohesive user experience. Definitely a great example to lean on when looking for where to go next with TM.
