It is still not very user-friendly to use:

[ ] Use native GroovyEditor with code complete
[ ] Support editing and debugging of 'TM Eclipse Add-ins' (see https://github.com/TeamMentor/TeamMentor_Eclipse_Plugin/issues/26)
