I'm not sure how you managed to screw up the attachment. As it's just a texfile, you can paste it into something like Pastebin or gist.github.com
oh my mistake, how do i access the crashlog? i thought you meant the screen that shows up after a crash

If it actually crashed, there will be a folder called "crash-reports" alongside your "config" and "mods" folder. If not, there is also your "logs" folder, where the latest one after your crash would potentially be useful.
how do i tell which report it is? will it be at the top of the report list?

You can tell by the time/date of the file only really. Easiest way would probably be to make it happen again, and then grab the latest one.
ok, ill set another one up

Could you please paste that into Pastebin.com or Gist.github.com as I said earlier? Firstly it's too long for one message, so a lot of information is missing. Secondly it's basically unreadable like that.
ok, i put into pastebin, now how do i show it to you?

Exactly like that, yes :) Does that crash happen if you don't use Optifine? (Try to remove it, if it crashes again please provide the crash report for that.
ill give it a try

Well updating to the latest version of Optifine might fix it, so I would suggest trying that. Make sure you download it and drop it in the mods folder, like you would with a Forge mod. Don't install it, as if it was for a vanilla client.
ive tried that but the problem is the latest version seems to be glitched in some way, after i put it in and start playing there will be a graphical error and huge amounts of blocks become invisible

Yeaa, I've heard people having a lot of issues with Optifine for 1.16. Optifine have always been known to be breaking things in mods - almost always graphical. It breaking stuff with just Forge is new though. Not much you can do, except wait for Optifine to fix its issues.
when i try to start up a world with aquaculture installed, it just crashes after the world loading screen gets to 100%, i dont know what the problem is, ive tried redownloading as well as using a different version, none of it has worked
